1. General provisions
These terms govern the provision of services by Amiscon within the Amiscon Express service. By starting a subscription or submitting a task, you confirm that you have read the terms and agree to them. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the service. The terms apply to all website visitors and subscription clients.
2. What’s included in the services
Amiscon Express is a subscription for completing tasks in design, website development, content, advertising, search optimization, and automation using artificial intelligence. The scope of work for each plan is described on the pricing page. The subscription runs one task at a time (two on the Growth plan), with no limit on the number of tasks in the queue. Large-scale work — building apps, platforms, online stores from scratch — is not included in the subscription and is done as a separate project under a separate agreement.
3. First task free
Before you start the subscription, we complete one task for free. The free task is agreed only on a call: on it, we clarify what needs to be done and confirm whether we take the task. A request from the website form is a request for a call, not a submission of a free task; without a conversation, work does not start. Limits: one task per company, up to four hours of work, delivery time — up to 48 business hours from approval. The free task is available to operating companies — you must have a working website or a registered legal entity. The result is delivered to you in full and remains yours whether you start a subscription or not. We may refuse a free task without explanation — including if the request exceeds the stated scope, is submitted again by the same company, or if during the call it becomes clear that we are not a fit for each other.
4. Client responsibilities
You provide the information, access, and materials required for the work and confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for compliance with third-party rights to the submitted materials (texts, images, fonts, logos). We rely on timely responses: if a task is paused while waiting for information from you, its timeline is paused.
5. Timelines
Tasks are accepted 24/7, including on weekends. Work on them is done on business days, Monday through Friday; a task submitted on a weekend is started on the next business day. The turnaround time for a typical task is 48 business hours on the Business plan, 72 hours on Solo, and 24–48 hours on Growth. The timeframe starts when the task is accepted into work and does not include time waiting for replies and materials from you. If a task does not fit within the typical timeframe, we inform you at submission and agree on stages. Deadlines are not a material term of the agreement: a reasonable delay is not considered a breach, but we warn you about it in advance.
6. Revisions
The number of revisions within the stated task is unlimited. A revision means refining the result within the original task scope. If the request changes the task itself (a different concept, different scope, new sections), it is treated as a new task and goes into the queue.
7. Rights to deliverables
Exclusive rights to the work results transfer to you after you pay for the relevant billing period. Source files, access credentials, and accounts remain yours. We retain the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials — if you object, a written notice is enough. Rights to third-party components (fonts, stock images, libraries) are governed by their owners’ licenses.
8. Payment
The subscription is paid monthly in advance. With annual payment, a discount equal to two months is provided. Payment is made by card or bank transfer to the company account. Ad budgets, hosting, domains, font licenses, and subscriptions to third-party services are paid by you directly to vendors; we do not add any markup on top of these costs.
9. Pause and cancellation
You can pause the subscription for one calendar month: your place in the queue is preserved and no charge is made. You can cancel the subscription at any time without penalties, in writing or by message in the work chat. The paid period is worked through to the end; funds for the unused part of the current period are not refunded, except when work was not performed due to our fault.
10. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for quality and delivery times, but we do not guarantee commercial results: search rankings, cost per lead, sales volume, and ad auction behavior depend on the market and are outside our control. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last billing period. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
11. Confidentiality
Information about your business, access credentials, and materials received during the work are not shared with third parties and are not used outside the scope of providing services. Only employees directly involved in the tasks have access to your systems. At your request, access is revoked within one business day.
12. Governing law and disputes
The parties’ relationship is governed by the law of the company’s place of registration. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation: first, a written claim and an attempt to settle within thirty days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the competent court at the company’s place of registration.
