48 hours: how the turnaround time we promise works

What fits into two days, what doesn’t, and why we talk about it upfront—not after a missed deadline.

48 hours: how the turnaround time we promise works
01

What fits

A banner and a set of creatives, a page edit, a Google Business listing, an app screen, campaign setup, website copy. These are tasks that take a few hours of one specialist’s work.

Two days isn’t work time—it’s the response time. It includes the queue, the work itself, and review.

02

What doesn’t fit

A landing page from scratch with filming and integrations, a multi-page website, an app. All of this is split into stages, and the timeline for each is named before work starts.

The worst thing a vendor can do is miss a deadline in silence. So if a task won’t fit, we say so when it’s assigned.

03

What happens when you’re overloaded

If more tasks come in than the team can handle, the queue time grows — and we tell you that instead of pretending everything is on track.

That’s why we don’t sell more subscriptions than we can support. It limits growth and also explains why we hit deadlines.

Key takeaways
1

48 hours — the response time, not the number of work hours.

2

Big work gets split into stages with a timeline for each.

3

We let you know about rescheduling in advance, not after the fact.
