Hours don’t tell the business anything
A “forty hours of design” report doesn’t answer whether it got better. You can spend one hour or eight on the same banner — the difference in value to you is close to zero.
That’s why we report in closed tasks: the page is published, the campaign is live, the deliverables are handed off.
A realistic number
On the main plan, you get 8–12 tasks per month. Small ones take a day, medium ones take two days, large ones are split into stages.
If someone promises you thirty tasks a month from one person, ask what counts as a task. Usually it’s changing a button color.
What to measure instead of hours
How many items from the backlog got done in a month. How much time you personally spent on task briefs. Whether the pages we made started bringing in leads.
These three numbers show the value of the subscription more honestly than any time tracker.
Person-hours don’t reflect business value.
8–12 tasks a month — a realistic benchmark.
