Urgentmeans today
The site is down, an ad launch is burning, there is nobody to bring up a server or set up automation. Describe the task and get a read straight away, before contacts. We take it on within 8 hours, in your time zone.

Not just repairs
Urgent often means launching something or building it from scratch. We take any task we do in normal mode, just on an urgent track and estimated the same day.

Fix what went down
The business is down and losing money by the hour. What matters here is how fast the first step happens, not how elegant the fix is.
Launch on time
The date is fixed and will not move: a sale, an event, an investor, a release. We build what has to be working by that day.
Set it up and run it
Not a fire, but there is nobody to pick it up: someone left, the contractor vanished, it has been waiting for two months.
Personal laptops, phones, printers · Home internet and routers · Installing operating systems and office software · Recovering personal social media accounts · Access to systems you don’t own, bypassing protection
This is about focus, not difficulty: we run companies’ digital operations and do not service personal devices. Saying so upfront is more honest than taking money and passing the job on.
The steps and the price are known upfront
We quote a single number before the work starts. An invoice that grew along the way is our mistake, not yours.
- 01
You describe the task
One message, in your own words. No spec needed: we ask the follow-up questions.
- 02
We reply within 8 hours
In the messenger you chose, in your time zone. Usually sooner: an on-duty engineer reads it, not a shared inbox.
- 03
We quote the price before we start
The read and the estimate are free. You get the scope and a single number. We start only once you say yes.
- 04
We do it and show the result
Not “all done”, but what was done, how to verify it yourself and what to fix so it does not happen again.
Read, work and verification. One task, up to three hours. Most requests close here.
Per hour beyond the first three. Billed as worked, and we warn you before we go past the estimate.
The multiplier applies only if the work has to happen right now rather than in the morning. Your call.
What people usually ask
We take the task on within 8 hours in your time zone, usually sooner: an on-duty engineer reads incoming requests, not a shared inbox. The first reply arrives in the messenger you picked in the form.
Reading the task and estimating it are free. Work starts at 350 € per task, which covers up to three hours, and most requests close within that. Beyond it, 150 € per hour, and we warn you before we go past the estimate, not in the invoice.
Both. Half of urgent work is not a breakdown: ads have to go live before a sale, a landing page has to be ready for an event, a server has to survive a spike, automation has to replace someone who left. We take any task we do in normal mode, just on an urgent track.
You get the read either way, and for free: what we checked, what we found and the likely cause. If it is not our kind of task, we say so immediately and tell you who to go to. You pay only for work agreed before it started.
Usually yes: to hosting, the site admin, the ad account or the repository, depending on the task. We tell you exactly what is needed after the read and explain why. We ask for temporary access and remind you to rotate it when the work is done.
We work remotely worldwide: the EU, the US, the UK, the UAE, the CIS and Latin America. We speak English, Spanish and Russian. Your time zone only affects when the first message lands, not the timeline.
An Amiscon engineer, not a freelancer from a marketplace. We run companies’ digital operations on an ongoing basis, and urgent work is the same team called in for a single task. Portfolio and case studies are on the main site.
Then one-off calls are poor value, and we will say so ourselves. We have a subscription for ongoing work: an unlimited task queue for a fixed monthly fee. One-off work makes sense when the case is a one-off.
Breaking regularly? Then one-off calls are poor value: there is a subscription with a task queue for a fixed monthly fee.
